GEC TABLE FAN 1937 GEC 'Magnet' fans were advertised as "bringing cool, refreshing breezes into your home". Perhaps the most attractive artefact in the GEC collection, this table-fan (cat. no. V141/3/5/7) dates from 1937 and has a standard finish of black enamel with 16-inch oxidised copper blades and guards.
